Learn strategies to optimize tax structures, enhance efficiency, and boost client operations.
This presentation aims to equip tax practitioners and advisors with the knowledge to optimize their clients' existing operations through more efficient and economical tax structures. Attendees will learn to assess the best strategies for restructuring business operations to enhance both tax and operational efficiency.
The course will also cover methods to evaluate the most efficient tax structures based on a client's historical performance and ownership and determine whether restructuring or changing business entities would be beneficial. Alongside the theoretical tax implications of such changes, the presentation will include practical examples and models that have been successfully implemented for our firm's clients.
