Keeping Legal Minds Intact: Sustaining Well-Being

Assess your health risks and regain well-being with proven, self-directed health tactics tailored for legal professionals.

As many as one third of the actively practicing lawyers are suffering from an affective disorder, alcoholism/substance abuse or cardiovascular disease. Aspects of how we train lawyers and the problems that emerge in the practice of law contribute to the legal professions being at much greater risk of falling into poor health than any of the other professions. This presentation will result in a call to action for each participant to assess their current health risks and regain their well-being through empirically proven health tactics that are individually self-directed.
