This course will help you to stay calm and not be triggered or overwhelmed by your workers’ emotional reactions, and also to help them understand and manage their own reactions, to themselves and to each other. Here you can learn to manage your own mental state, even in the face of emotional triggers, and you can also learn techniques and information that will help you calm upset employees and deal with them effectively, and also create a work environment that keeps the emotional levels calm and rational.
