- Has tried more than 150 contested criminal jury cases worldwide (in the United States, Europe and Asia)
- Has been reported on and quoted by hundreds of major media sources worldwide and provided consultation services to 60 Minutes, ABC Nightline, CNN, CNN Investigative Reports, Katie Couric, CBS, BBC, German Public Television, and the 2010 to 2012 Golden Globe winning TV series, “The Good Wife”
- Wrote a chapter on criminal law in the American Bar Association's annual "The State of Criminal Justice” and wrote an article on court martials and military law for the New Jersey State Bar Magazine
- In 2009, he appeared in the CNN documentary, the "Killings at the Canal", and some of his cases have been the subject of books and movies including "Taxi to the Dark Side", 2007 Academy Award winner and Brian De Palma's "Redacted"
