Discrediting an opposing witness is a critical part of a successful outcome for your client at trial or settlement. Understanding the strategies in dealing with a highly qualified expert, minor child, elderly or disabled witness. This course will describe strategies to effectively research your witnesses, and create themes related to your opponent’s witnesses. You will learn about the critical differences between discrediting a witness in front of a jury versus a judge, and the importance of real time modifications to cross examination strategies and questioning.
