- Rehabilitation Counselor, Case Manager, and co-owner of OSC Vocational Systems, Inc.
- Practices in the rehabilitation field since 1987 providing consultation, opinion, and vocational expert testimony in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and employment discrimination cases
- Has expertise in providing earning capacity assessments and preparing life care plans and medical bill reviews in injury cases involving the complicated constellation and interplay of physical, mental, and emotional impairment
Erin McPhee
Counselor
Erin McPhee, MA, CRC, CPDM
- Nationally certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a career spent embedded within employer HR departments facilitating ADA accommodations in complex work situations
- Specialty areas include disability accommodations in complex work situations and effectively utilizing Executive Func-tioning Coaching as a reasonable accommodation
- Experienced HR Specialist working both private and public sectors, local and global employers; most recently for Google and currently at King County
- Responsible for a Supported Employment Program of em-ployees with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
- Stood up the first neurodiversity accommodation program at Google
- Executive Function Coach and Speaker
- B.A. degree in Psychology and a M.A. degree from Western Washington University
