Learn how best to avoid ethical pitfalls that could arise in the employment relationship.

In addition to complying with federal, state, and local laws that govern the employer/employee relationship, employers should manage the relationship ethically. Approaching the relationship with consideration and application of ethical principles will help employers maintain a healthier workplace. This course will review ethical issues that can and do arise throughout the employment relationship. This course will evaluate the ethical issues and guide you on navigating them in order to comply with legal requirements and maintain a workplace that is respectful and consistent.
