What are the benefits and challenges unique to supporting your employees with disabilities? Employees with disabilities can lead to complex interpersonal social dynamics, workflow variations, inclusivity challenges, and workplace accommodations. Discussions for this program includes an assessment of the ADA (law versus practical application), and how to interpret this to create an accessible workplace.
