Debt collectors are subject to extensive rules and limitations under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (‘FDCPA’) and Regulation F, the new set of regulations concerning the FDCPA. This presentation will discuss the CFPB’s latest regulations governing debt collection. The webinar will provide an overview of the regulated conduct, the practical implications on debt collectors, and best practices and procedures to ensure compliance with Regulation F.
