Build America, Buy America Act

Gain an understanding of the changes and proposed changes to the Federal Government's domestic preference policies.

In this course, you will learn about the Build America, Buy America provisions of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, including the expanded applicability of Buy America to federally-assisted infrastructure projects, the goal of reducing waivers, and increased public visibility into the waiver process. You will also learn about recently proposed regulations to implement Executive Order 14005, Ensuring the Future is Made in All of America by All of America's Workers. The proposed regulations would increase the domestic content threshold, increase the price preferences to be applied to foreign products, and increase reporting requirements.
