Mental Health Professionals in Family Court have a lengthy and troublesome history.

This history includes disregard for the legal standards in custody and relocation cases, the incompetent arrogance of some MHP Parenting Coordinators, the attempt by certain MHPs to evade legal standards entirely, and the warning that if MHPs did not abide by legal standards and case law, the court system might do away with outsourced evaluations and parenting coordinators entirely.
