A condominium assessment is a share of the funds that are necessary for the payment of common expense, which can be claimed from the condominium unit owner. There are two forms of assessments: general assessments and special assessments; and regardless of the assessment type if the condo owner is required to pay the amount due and they don’t, they question of collections comes into play.
