A Basic Introduction to CBT Principles

CBT vs. ABA - which is better? Or is it a tie?

In recent years attention has been drawn to the use of cognitive behavior therapy and applied behavior analysis in schools. This white paper intends to share a review of ABA and CBT principles and how both are used in the classroom.
