The current state of affairs of the Navigable Waters Protection Rule includes the final version published on April 21, 2020 and became effective on June 22, 2020. The Navigable Waters Protection Rule defines scope of CWA jurisdiction nationwide (except Colorado). This video reviews what is in the new rule and what is out from the new rule.
