Right of redemption is provided under UCC 9-623 and is the right of a debtor whose real property has been foreclosed upon and sold to reclaim that property if they are able to come up with the money to repay the amount of the debt. This video will provide an overview that will help borrowers, lenders, and their lawyers to understand remedies and rights of redemption.
