Based upon the state workers’ compensation set up, who has a right to view the workers’ compensation file?

In insurance states, the insurance company more often than not is the entity making decisions regarding the administration of the workers’ compensation file, not the employer. The employer should carefully review the contract provisions regarding workers’ compensation files and ensure that their interests are protected.
