- Experience includes service as an in-house attorney for one of the largest property and casualty insurers in the United States, where he advised on issues involving litigation hold administration and the development of electronic data discovery process and policy
- Has extensive litigation and jury trial experience in a broad range of substantive areas, including individual and commercial insurance claims, subrogation and insurance coverage disputes
- Member of the Sedona Conference and a participant in the Sedona Working Group on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure
