Large metro areas and communities within the southern Sunbelt are especially affected … and these problems and challenges are getting worse in many areas. Communities across the USA are faced with many of the same challenges and problems, but have different solutions. Each community has different service delivery systems, service levels, infrastructures, assets and resources. And while homelessness creates major drain on local government resources and nonprofit resources, the bottom line is that this is a human tragedy affect many individuals and their families.
