Stellato’s background in chemical engineering, experience in the industrial field, and as a licensed wastewater treatment operator gives him excellent resources with which to understand and solve environmental issues for a long and varied list of clients. Stellato also serves as a project manager on a broad range of projects, including: wastewater treatment plant design; storm water permitting and planning; wastewater and air emissions permitting; regulatory compliance; chemical control laws compliance; environmental training; and environmental data tracking.
