- Has more than 25 years of experience in the field of community development and neighborhood revitalization
- Developed the vision, strategy and implementation plan that resulted in a $223 million grant for the Michigan Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP2) Consortium
- Since 2000, deployed by HUD to states, counties and cities for technical assistance in CDBG, HOME and Neighborhood Stabilization programs
- Currently managing $80 million acquisition for redevelopment program for New York State Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery for property owners who suffered damage from Super Storm Sandy
- Selected as one of the “40 Under 40” emerging leaders by the Philadelphia Business Journal
- B.A. degree, Washington University in St. Louis. and completed Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs in San Francisco, California
