There are driving factors of labor shortage. Starting with an increase in the demand for labor and the decrease in the supply of labor; there are restrictions on prices of labor and qualifications mismatch; and geographic trends and retirement ages all play a role. This video reviews labor shortage perception vs. identification; and model specification and prediction results.
