Notice Requirements for Return-to-Work Policies, Injuries and Illness

 
When handling notice requirements federal sources of authority are based on the Family and Medical Leave Act, in effect since 1993; and the Americans with Disabilities Act, in effect since 1992 for most employers; whereas workers’ compensation law is different from state to state. This video mainly discusses rules under FMLA and ADA, and in a more general sense rules concerning workers’ compensation; as well as private law which you as a company can enact as your own company policy.
