Projections are the backbone of recommendations.
The first meeting with a client to present the retirement and estate plan and initial recommendations is crucial. The goal is to provide an initial, high-level analysis, and to confirm the accuracy of the information or assumptions to use as a baseline for all future recommendations. This meeting provides the advisor with the opportunity to gather additional data for retirement and estate planning and position the follow-up discussion. This video reviews which reports and projections are necessary to review and how they are utilized.
