Hot Stock Rules and Section 355

The regulations and requirements for Section 355 and the ability to separate lines of business are often hard to understand. This video will help explain the requirements for Section 355 and what you will need from the IRS prior to starting this process. It will then touch on the definition of Hot Stock and why congress put this into place. And finally it will explain the final regulations of 355 and Hot Stock and what do they mean to us.
