Face the Challenge of Difficult Conversations

Once you have crafted your message it’s time to set up the conversation. In this 23-minute video our speaker, Cathy Graham, will review the three phases of facing the challenge of difficult conversations. The first phase is to jump in and deliver the crafted message. Find the best time that fits in your work schedule. Is a Monday afternoon better than a Friday morning? Determine what works best for you. It’s important in phase two that you stick to the facts and don’t make judgments. And phase three is to summarize what you discussed, agree on the course of action and be positive about the solution that was decided on. Ms. Graham will offer tips to move through these phases with success.
