Victor Sher is a principal and founder of Vic Sher Law, and is Of Counsel to Sher Leff, LLP (which he co-founded and was chief litigator from 2003 – 2012). Sher litigated innovative environmental cases for over 35 and during his tenure with Earthjustice, he litigated many landmark cases under the Endangered Species Act and other environmental laws. Sher is a writer of many publications related to environmental law, and conducts frequent seminars and workshops in the field.
