Drafting the Statement of Work

This one hour video will take you through the ins and out of correctly drafting the statement of work. Make sure you have all of the steps covered to ensure you are not held liable for something you left out. This video will make sure your SOW handles conflicting provisions, will go over different types of provisions to consider when drafting the SOW, and will cover the importance of SOW terminology.

Don't be caught off guard. Gain insights to analyze strategies to address latent sources of error and protections when drafting the SOW. Learn why project descriptions are important, make sure payment is covered clearly and concisely, and understand what types of payments work best for your organization.

Video speaker Neal Huffman will take you through each step of drafting a statement of work and will clarify requirements and specifications in the SOW. He will teach you types of warranties to include, and go over specific examples and case studies. Nate is a certified commercial contract manager and a core registered paralegal. He is an active member in the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management, the National Contract Management Association, and several paralegal and benevolent organizations.
