It’s hard to believe but some companies have stock ledger books and corporate minute books displayed in publicly accessed space in their offices, even though there are blank stock certificates in those books. In this 6-minute video our speaker, Alan H. Aronson, discusses the need of a level of security in keeping those books and blank stock certificates safe. Mr. Aronson reviews issuance of securities and maintaining the stock ledger book, as well as blue sky issues.
