Federal contractors have several types of records that they should be maintaining for their projects. They should make sure that their recordkeeping practices and procedures stay in compliance to avoid issues down the road. This video reviews the different types of records that should be maintained and breaks them down into groups of contracts, correspondence, design documents, project completion documents, employment documents, financial and cost accounting information, and other common records. Exceptions to the time documents must be kept is also discussed.
