• Has investigated more than 400 major fires and explosions over the last 25 years, including the Federal Building Bombing in Oklahoma City, the Piper Alpha Explosion off Scotland, the Rhode Island night club fire and the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in New York City
• Principal member of the NFPA committees responsible for the Standard for the Prevention of Fire and Dust Explosions from the Manufacturing, Processing, and Handling of Combustible Particulate Solids and The Explosives Materials Code
