What is a change and can it be avoided?

One party has identified more work, or a modification to an existing scope, and there is a negotiation over the scope and the price and possibly even timing … and the change begins. This video reviews how to identify the cause of a change in work and discusses design changes and changes that occur due to unforeseen site conditions.
