Workplace Issues in California: The Right to Sit and More

 
Gain an understanding of workplace issues in California, discriminatory and harassment behavior, and potential lawsuit hazards. Many employers, attorneys, and human resource personnel have a problem recognizing the hazards and limitations of employers with respect to potential law-suits—particularly in a so-called 'at will' state. This topic will also apply real world examples in litigation, thereby providing critical information to employers, human resource professionals, and attorneys who work in the labor/employment space.
