The topic will go into detail regarding the distinguishing characteristics of the different types of municipal bonds, and provide a step-by-step outline of a bond transaction, complete with strategic considerations and a discussion of the various legal documents involved and the specific purposes they serve. It is necessary to have a bond attorney when you are utilizing a bond to ensure you have the right expertise. The presenters will share their deep knowledge of municipal finance law and will be available to answer any questions.
