- Chief Operating Officer at Hire Heroes USA
- 12 years of service in the U.S. Army as an Apache Helicopter pilot, including assignments at West Point leading character development programs. Spent the next 7 years in the veteran employment space, including running multi-year research programs on disabled veterans’ employment, and served as Interim CEO of Hire Heroes USA during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic. He is a Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program Scholar with the Bush Institute and has served as a member of White House Task Forces to support veteran employment in the Trucking Industry.

- Holds a BS from the United States Military Academy, a MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University, and an MBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
