It will discuss the state-by-state approach to the enforceability of liability waivers and releases and provide you with the tools needed to draft and review liability and release clauses to determine their enforceability. This program will also discuss a number of emerging issues in the enforceability of liability waivers and releases, such as waivers used in e-commerce transactions, waivers on behalf of minors, and employee waivers in the Me Too Era.
