Avoid discrimination lawsuits and understand the ever-evolving state of employee protections.
Discrimination cases filed against employers by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission are expected to increase sharply as the EEOC increases enforcement activities. This course will address employee-protected statuses and anti-discrimination laws.
