You will learn to recognize and push past strong emotions, use a strength-based lens, and skilled dialogue to craft respectful, reciprocal, and responsive interactions with colleagues and families across diverse cultural parameters. Topics will include current research around conflict, tools to understand conflict styles, how to manage non-verbal cues, and ways to flip the script on conflict with case studies/examples. You will leave with practical tips and tools you can apply immediately in your work with parents and families.
