Topics will include current research around conflict, tools to understand conflict styles, how to manage non-verbal cues, and ways to flip the script on conflict with case studies/examples. You will leave with practical tips and tools you can apply immediately in your work with parents and families.

- A credentialed developmental therapist through the state of Illinois and former neuro-developmental specialist, she has specialized training in neuroscience and 10 years of experience providing assessment and treatment services for children with special needs
- A nationally recognized speaker and she has been featured on Chicago’s WGN Channel 9 News, Chicago Public Radio’s Chicago Matters, Chicago Parent and Chicago Baby Magazines
- Doctorate in education, with a specialization in response to intervention and assessment; M.S. Degree in early childhood development, Erikson Institute, with a specialization in infant studies; B.A. Degree in English and secondary education with teacher certification though the state of Illinois
