Tamara is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science (BSCE) and Master of Science (ME) Degree in Civil Engineering. Her graduate studies included geotechnical materials engineering with research in pavement design and superpave bituminous materials. Tamara has lived in Jacksonville since 1998 and has 11 years of combined geotechnical material and structural engineering experience. Her structural design experience includes Commercial, Residential, Industrial Roadway and Marine Structures.
