Medicaid and Elder Law in Kentucky: Ethics

That advice can serve an attorney well. One problem with clients is that they have their own minds. However, sometimes the two minds (the client and the attorney) do not meet. Clients have their own agendas which can span from legitimate to illegitimate. It is not unusual for the client’s agenda to range somewhere in between these two borders. Personal enmity is always a factor to consider in representing a client looking for litigation. Enmity can’t be resolved with litigation, but can certainly be exacerbated and, depending on the attorney, contagious. In representing older clients however, we more often encounter family dynamics that are equally irreconcilable.
