Bill Williams is an associate in the Chicago office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights and Litigation Practice Groups.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Williams interned with The Coca-Cola Company’s legal department, where he advised clients within the company on a wide range of legal issues. In addition, Mr. Williams served as judicial intern to the Honorable William S. Duffey at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. As a judicial intern, he researched and analyzed matters of state and federal law, reviewed motions and briefs, and drafted orders in criminal and civil cases. He also worked as a tax clerk at a prominent law firm in Atlanta, where he assisted with a variety of international tax matters. Mr. Williams served as the Submissions Editor of University of Virginia’s Journal of Law & Politics and captain of the Virginia Law Consulting Team.
