What is the main focus of your practice?

My practice areas are Commercial Litigation and Banking law, including workouts, lender liability, fraud/embezzlement, check & electronic payments, deposit operations, regulatory compliance, and other commercial and consumer lending & collection issues.

What have you written, co-written, or published within your profession?

I authored the Legal Developments in Commercial On-Line Banking in the e-Commerce Law Report. I also wrote The Latest Federal Decision Regarding Online Banking Liability, e-Finance & Payments Law and Policy.
