Ms. Tsai is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office and concentrates her practice in business litigation with a focus in ethics, compliance and government affairs, representing individuals, small businesses, and multi-national businesses in transactional, regulatory and litigation matters, including trial and appellate work. She is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee and the firm’s representative to the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group’s Board of Directors.
Ms. Tsai served an extended term as an inaugural member of the independent City of Philadelphia Board of Ethics. She has also served on the City of Philadelphia’s Zoning Code Commission where she was named Chair of the Engagement Committee and 2nd Vice-Chair of the Zoning Code Commission. Following her appointment to the Zoning Code Commission, Ms. Tsai was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Community College of Philadelphia and now serves as Secretary of the Board.
