Shadi is an associate in the Bank and Finance Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Buchalter Nemer. She represents a broad spectrum of commercial banks and financial institutions in asset-based lending, cash flow lending and syndicated finance. Ms. Enos’ experience includes widely syndicated, club and single-lender representation in connection with cross-border financings, restructurings, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, traditional asset based lending facilities and debt financings for technology companies. She represents clients in senior-secured, first-lien/second-lien, mezzanine, unitranche and unsecured financing transactions.
Ms. Enos serves as Vice-Editor of the Recent Developments Editorial of the Uniform Commercial Code Committee of the American Bar Association where she regularly publishes on secured lending issues. Ms. Enos also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Western Center on Law and Poverty.
