An emergency management leader with an extensive background in emergency dispatch, medical response, and crisis/disaster management. Starting her career in the government arena in 2001, she spent nearly 10 years excelling in emergency communications before moving to a non-profit role with the American Red Cross.
Now, in the private sector, Samantha uses her background in managing teams of 5-400 (in both rural geographies and the city of Chicago), to manage over 110 telephonic Triage nurses and support staff. Her background and array of talents and experiences gives her the ability to adapt to any situation and setting, to drive change and never accept the status quo.
