Bob serves as trusted advisor to his clients, counseling individuals and business owners on a variety of issues. He handles myriad commercial, real estate and private equity transactions, serves as counsel to many health care professionals, and acts as outside counsel to many businesses in various life cycle stages. Bob’s practice also focuses on the representation of national, regional and community banks, and private lenders, as he prepares and negotiates loan packages, document work-outs and forbearance agreements, and litigates commercial foreclosures. He routinely represents receivers and property managers as well. Bob is passionate about working with investors and members of the start-up community and has substantial experience representing entrepreneurs.
