Robert L. Rediger is a founding partner of Rediger McHugh LLP, a law firm that limits its practice to the representation of employers in labor, employment, and class action defense. Mr. Rediger received his B.A. cum laude from Queens College, and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where he concentrated his studies in labor law and litigation. For several years, Mr. Rediger taught classes on Labor Law and Employment Law at the University of Northern California School of Law. He speaks regularly at seminars and writes articles on personnel-related issues. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the State Bar of California, and of the American, Sacramento, and New York State Bar Associations. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Sacramento.
