Rich is a partner with Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP. He devotes his practice to the defense of workers’ compensation and general liability matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. In 2006, he was named as a Certified Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He was the solicitor for the Lindenwold Fire District 1, Voorhees Fire District and has also served as counsel to the Townships of Elk, Mantua and Winslow in New Jersey. Rich has given numerous presentations on topics related to his areas of expertise and was admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court as well as Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He’s currently a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and a Master of Bench of the Justice Coleman New Jersey Workers' Compensation Inn of Court.
