Mr. Kulat also has represented national and regional lenders in a variety of loan transactions, including commercial, industrial and residential real estate development loans, asset-based loan and other corporate loans, as well as assisting lenders in the workout and restructuring of troubled loans and loan sales. His experience includes representing lead and mezzanine lenders in financings for mixed-use public/private redevelopments, hotels, charter schools, office buildings, shopping centers, factories, nursing homes, high-rise condominium buildings, single family/townhome developments and condominium conversions. Mr. Kulat has represented lenders on projects in Illinois, New York, Florida, Arizona, Wisconsin, and California.
