Randall Morrison is Director of litigation with Sabine & Morrison, a public agency law firm in San Diego. Randall is a nationally recognized authority on the law of signs and billboards and often guides cities through the process of updating a sign ordinance. He maintains the informational website www.signlaw.com, and publishes the Sign Regulation and Public Forum Bulletin, a national newsletter, which is distributed free by email only. Randall wrote the “friend of the court” brief for the American Planning Association in the U.S. Supreme Court sign case Lorillard Tobacco v. Reilly, and contributed to the friend of the court brief for the public agency associations in the sign case now pending at U.S. Supreme Court, Reed v. Gilbert AZ.
