In addition, Michael has a wide variety of litigation experience in both state and federal courts, including creditors’ rights in bankruptcy matters and real estate disputes involving financial institutions in commercial foreclosures.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as an intern for the office of general counsel for the Illinois Commerce Commission. Michael also worked for the Second Municipal District of Cook County, where he was a judicial extern for the presiding Judge Shelley Sutker-Dermer.
